Looks fine to me.

B3 stepping motherboards are pretty readily available on Newegg now, but MC doesn't look to have that great of a selection. I'd probably grab the GA-P67A-UD3, because it's a well-priced, good quality board that meets your needs.

alright thanks, im just hopin things get back in stock... the cheaper ram are being sold out, which isnt really a problem with that 15% off on newegg today.

should i wait on the motherboards?

You might save 10 bucks on waiting for a MB at this point, and there is similar RAM for $5 more, the "sniper" series by G.Skill lacks the heatspreader so i would recommend that.

Here's some equivalent in-stock Mushkin Silverline with low-profile heatspreaders for $2 more.

Newegg has a good selection in stock (13 as of now), so I see no reason to wait. The UD3 that I linked earlier is quite reasonably priced though.

you see what im scared of is that since japan makes most of the capacitors and other parts on the motherboards, prices will rocket through the roof.... According to my relatives in tokyo, looks like some more factories are considering to close in order to conserve energy...

We also have China, and the US, and many other countries. I don't think we'll start losing our shorts just because of one country.

save $25 on the PSU
