I'm not around enough to help my dad (70yo) learn how to do stuff like use Word on his laptop. If this Video Professor stuff is any good, I think it'd be a great Christmas present. Opinions? (yes I think the TV ads are lame and so is the spam!)
 
Never used it, but it might be worth while to your dad. Probably best to buy a single copy for one specific app, and see how he likes it. If that goes well, then you could get more.

You make it sound so simple... 🙂 Maybe I'll get him the Word one, because he really needs to get cracking on his next book (he's a retired prof who has been putting off the next book since he retired some years ago).
