Video Problems

I'm having a slight problem with my display.

Whenever I'm viewing images on my computer, whether they be on the web or local on the hard drive, most all of them appear with little teal or white dots in them, making them look slightly grainy. I've never saw this before.

I've tried restarting my computer and letting it sit for an hour or so, and also tried degaussing my monitor, which I knew wouldn't help since it's only for images.

My video card information is in my sig, so view that if you need.

Any advice or solutions is appreciated.

Sometimes the video cord can go bad. Try switching the VGA cord if possible. If not, try playing with the cord and see if that helps at all.

little teal dots eh.

sounds like you're in 16-color mode to me. get the updated drivers for your vid card and i bet windows boots up looking nice & colorful.

i'm assuming you're not booting in safe mode :)
