Video Problem. Please help

I installed a Geforce2 MX Agp Video Card in a system today and Windows installs the drivers and reboots, then when windows starts to load, the screen is blank. I reformatted and installed Windows 98 and it does the same thing. I then reformatted and reinstalled Windows ME and does the same thing. I tried driver versions also. The only thing I could think of was a refresh rate problem. I booted into Safe Mode and changed the refresh rate to adaptor default and then rebooted and it still does the same thing. Anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks for any info.
