I have recntly dowloaded some video's in avi format, also the latest Divx player and the Nimocodex but cannot get them to play. I have also tried useing the Windows Media Player but still no luck. Help would be appreciated.
 
Make sure the video files are able to be played. Try opening them with quicktime. Try renaming them in a different extension. Like .mpg or .mpeg. Perhaps they were downloaded but only completed half done even though they might show as being fully done.
