Video Out cards?

I need a card that has video out. But I don't want to buy a POS again. What cards do you guys recommend?

If there are no good capture cards with video out for under $50 I may I have buy a geforce 3 just for the out.
 
I would rather it not be a video card. It would be a waste considering I already have a voodoo5 PCI and for what I do the v5 is the best card.
