I'm pretty sure I saw a similar clip, which was videoed from the ground of a bird trying to attack an RC plane. It could be the same plane and bird. I'll see if I can find it.

Edit: There are quite a few examples on Youtube of birds attacking RC planes.

The one you're probably thinking of is the bald eagle going after the RC plane. But it really wasn't much of an attack.

I think it's a local mutation. I've seen crows in the area like that, but it's been awhile.

I thought it was fake at first, since the framerate of the background looked different than the framerate on the bird, but at the end he had the stills showing the bird lifting the tail with his beak. Cool stuff.
