Video/motherboard issues

Hey everyone,

Made a thread a while back detailing some problems I had with artifacts on my desktop. Sent my videocard back for RMA service, picked up a new card, same problem. Wound up returning the card and RMAing my motherboard, get the motherboard back, and lo and behold, the symptoms are even worse now.

Any ideas, guys? And thanks again for those that take the time to look at this. 🙂
