He's from Dade county, anyone who lives there would say they're surrounded by killers and vandals. He's not saying he's either though, it might be a stupid song with very explicit lyrics. But it's not really gangsta rap, the song is about how people around him are jealous that he's got money and is building fame. I'm not entirely sure you even know what gangsta rap is.
