I've got a problem with my ATI Radeon AIW video card and my cable signal.
Some channels come through without a problem, but others end up being scrambled.
My cable company has 12 descriptions of how I can hook up my signal (some using the cable-box and others not using the cable-box), but I've yet to figure out one that will allow me to see the standard cable-TV channels on my AIW.
I tried splitting the signal before it goes into the cable-box and sending it into my AIW, but that didn't work. I tried splitting the signal as it comes out of the cable-box (one goes to the TV and the other goes to the AIW) but that didn't work. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I might beat this problem? I'm not trying to steal cable ... I just want to use my video card with the cable-service I've already payed for.
Thanks,
Telstar
