Especically considering that one guy at the counter is bigger than the puncher. They guy at the door is about the same size, and there are a couple other decent-sized duded in there just watching.

The guy on the phone got sucker punched. He was basically out on his feet after the first punch. He had no chance after that.

The puncher is going away for 4 years for that incident, plus whatever he gets for violating his probation.
