I have a Video in the .AVI format on my computer. I am trying to play this full screen on my TV/

I can do this via S-Video Out to my TV, it works just fine.

Now i have to record it. I cannot get my VCR to record the Video on TV. This video is due in 3 Hours for a class. I really need help.

All I have is an S-Video Out Video card. But no S-Video in on VCR.

Does anyone know anything? any help is appreciated.

how is it set up? from what litlte i know aobut recording usually you ahve to have a direct feed ot the vcr and it records form taht as the data goes to the tv. I didnt think that the VCR would just take the data that the tv is displaying and record fomr that, i can think of doing it using and s-video-RCA adapter and then pluging into the video in of the vcr and then recording the tape. or going s-vid to a receiver then to the vcr, but im not sure if you cna jsut go to the tv without wgoping through the vcr and have it record right

sorry thats all i know

EDIT: and chances are that if your Graphics card has an S-video it has a normal video out, and i bet somebody around there has cords that will connect the two, (any stereo system with multiple compenents, like receiver/cdplayer). jsut plug in the video out to the vid in of the vcrt and the sound out into the sound in on the vcr as well.. (it will be in mono unlkes soyu have a stereo vcr and in that case you need to sound outs or a splitter from the sound card for stereo sound) then record shouldnt be too hard i dont think
