STFU, it's a freakin' hobby just like model train building or excessive masturbation. it doesn't undermine youth potential any more than anything else taken in excess.
regardless of whether or not you choose to admit it, there are redeeming factors to video games. they can reinforce learning in areas such as reading comprehension, cartography, math, and many others. they can inspire children to learn about other things.

What do you mean it undermine's youth potential! My 10 year old is the best Unreal 2004 raptor pilot I've ever seen! Surely that accounts for something!!! ;)
