All your base was the first thing I thought when I saw the title... I'm sure there are many others... Too many to count, in fact.

I remember playing some Japanese RPG for Nintendo, and you had to go around the village to talk to people to get information. Some people had nothing useful to say, and would say ridiculous crap.

The one that I remember was an old guy and he said "Look at my beard! Isn't it luxuriant!"
