I am trying to start playing around with video editing but I don?t know what a good program would be.
I am simply wanting to do some cropping and taking out parts. It would also be nice to be able to put in my own recording.

If you could suggest a program to use that would great.

Thank you

If you are happy to fork out cold hard cash then I can recommend Pinnacle Studio 10, if you want a freebie, VirtualDub is your man.

Don't forget that winXP comes with Windows Movie maker as a standard application which will do what as you mentioned too.

I got VirtualDub and extracted the contents but I don't see a way to use or install the program.

it says that it is not a valid Win32 program.

can someone help?

is there also a way to change the video formate from WMV to like an ISO or something similar to that.

or any formate to another without making the video a bad quality?

Is there a way to make the video a better quality?

Thank you
