So I'm looking for a program that will output individual frames of sections of videos as a format that I can use in photoshop. The quality isn't so important I just want to be able to do it fairly fast. (i.e. not 1 frame at a time)

I remember having some Ulead animation studio back in the day that could do exactly what I want, but that was some time ago. Any suggestions appreciated.
