I need to cut and splice video. Any suggestions on software? The cheaper the better. Can be for linux or windows.
 
can somebody please tell me what where the windows movie maker shortcut points to? My start menu is all messed up. Thanks for the help.
 
My shortcut points to C:\Program Files\Movie Maker
Also there is Adobe Premiere Pro. It has more tools than Movie Maker.
