Is there anything else for $150? It can be a little slower. All I really aim to put on it is Windows 7, 3DS Max, and the Adobe Production Premium. Maybe I'll put office on it. That would bring the total up to... ~25GB footprint? Would a smaller drive work?

You could go with a smaller drive, or the Indilinx one, but I really don't think the $20 is worth the lower capacity or performance.

Ok, so this will be my final question. Is there any specific brand of 460 that has stood out from the rest. This Order is going through Friday.

I'm looking at this one right now.

Again, thank you all for your help, it was a long ride lol.

EDIT: Will the real SSD install correctly on it's own or will I need to get a bay converter? Is there one you guys would recommend?

The forums ate your link, but this ASUS is good.

As for the SSD, it is a 2.5" drive, so you will need to get a bay converter unless you don't mind velcroing it to the bottom of the case or something. This one works and is cheap.

That is the ASUS I linked, thanks mfenn :). It looks like ETA on that SSD (the $144 RealSSD) is Monday, so we're waiting until then to order. That goes out of stock CONSTANTLY lol.
