Video Drivers!! HELP!!

i have a Nvidia Geforce2mx 32mb ram.... and my computer had to be reformatted and i dont have a driver disk. im running windows 2000 pro and everytime i download the new drivers fomr the nvidia site they dont install, because i want to be able to change my damn respolution fomr this annoying 800 x 600!! any ideas will be helpfull!

Did you disable your anti-virus program before install of Nvidia drivers? Anyway there are lots of Nvidia drivers from here to choose from ,also try installing your monitor drivers as well.

Also look to see if your monitor is correctly identified. Are you saying that you get the drivers installed and can only get to 800X600?
