video drivers = bluescreen

i think my xps m170 is on its last leg. this morning when i turned it on, the post screen has green lines running through it, in the shape of squares. i re flashed the bios. no go. no distortion in any part of the computer, including the bios. only during post.

now part 2 is windows would no longer load, so i formatted. when i install my video drivers my system will bluescreen after it restarts. this is perminute until i uninstall the drivers. this is also how i found out it was the video card that probably died.
 
yes ive tried moded drivers from laptopvideo2go (newest), ive tried to dell drivers(old as sin), ive tried the windows update drivers (3 or so months old). no go.

you cant install drivers in safemode but it will boot up into safemode as the driver is disabled and the only way to uninstall it.
