Video Driver Issue

Hey I'm trying to update my video drivers on my Dell Inspirion 8600 but there is a problem. It seems that I can't get the drivers from ATI cause I have a Dell laptop and it wont lett me get them. But the Dell drivers havent been updated since 2003!

And the drivers would be nice, because now that I updated Civ4 I cant play unless I get the new drivers.

Any help would be appreciated.

thanx, that only has the 5.12 drivers not the newer ones and I found another solution, possible a little less stable but i decided to use this instead
