Nope.

OP wants perfect law enforcement; no psychos, no abuse, etc. I ask what institutions out there have such quality?

Then momeNt answers with companies.

And, I counter with, not really. Because companies actually support psychotic behavior and reward it. So, we should not model law enforcement after companies.

Do you understand now?

Newell you have some real issues, and sometimes it's just not worth it to answer such idiotic questions from people like you.

You expect all cops to behave perfectly - with no course of how for them to be that way.

You have been challenged, but offer NO direction, other than some unrealistic fantasy; cops should not act bad.

Cops should be punished when they act badly. How's that?

holy strawman batman.

He wants cops to have accountability, not act perfectly.

There are a lot more companies firing misbehaving employees than police departments firing misbehaving cops. Can you at least agree with that?

Maybe some cops need to not answer calls on dogs. Some people aren't dog people, and for their cops safety as well as the dogs, they should recuse themselves. This guy clearly understands dogs and did something admirable.

Wtf is wrong with the kids though harassing a loose dog? Especially a breed that is prone to violence.
