is there any reliable, free video conferencing software that is absolutely safe? can you suggest me some good programs? Is MSN messenger safe as far as video-conferencing is concerned?
 
I am unaware of any free videoconferencing software that uses encryption. This is one of those things that is a "premium" service, and you need to pay for that kind of thing.
