Video Compression

I've got like a 13 second video clip that I'd like to compress. I tried to just archive it, but it was still around 33MB's(originally 72MB's O_O). I checked google and couldn't find anything too good.

Any suggestions for compressing this file to be as small as possible?

In that case, I retract my previous assistance.

At 72MB you're likely dealing with uncompressed AVI ... you should be able to cut that down to a meg or so even with the basic compression available on a stock Windows install.
