video clip from a documentary/TV series about the war on drugs

I remember seeing a clip from a few years ago of an interviewer (European, I think) inside a den with two drug dealers. they show him several bundles of weed, their guns, and then take out some vials of PCP and take them.

I was wondering if anyone knew the name of this reporter / documentary? I know it's kind of vague, but that's about all I can remember.
