My family is getting into calling each other using skype. Recently we all got webcams so that the grandparents could see the grandchildren on a regular basis. However we have only been able to do the video chats 1 on 1.

Is there any free software out there that allows you to have a video conference with more than just one person. So if there are 3 people, person A can see B & C, person B can see A & C and person C can see A & B?

Everything I've found is just 1 on 1.

Any suggestions? Thanks

Offhand, you can try something like Marratech - the client software is free, servers cost money, but there are several public servers up in multiple locations that are rarely used. I've used it in the past for experimental stuff on campus and it works fine, the downside being that anyone could potentially join whatever room you happen to use.
