Looking for a new video card under 200 dollars. Don't care whether it's ATI or nVidia. I have a PCI-e x16 slot (single slot, so SLI is not an option). Games include Quake 4, which I want to run at maximum settings at 1280x1024. Also, I may get Oblivion soon. Any suggestions?

X1950 Pro is your best best for less then $200 ... it actually matchs or out-performs a 7900GT in most benchmarks, never mind the slower GS.

The Asus is a great card but it has a two-slot cooling solution... if you need a single-slot solution, the Sapphire model is about the same price & uses the reference cooler.
