Video Card suggestions

I am looking to help out a friend who wants to get a new video card for his computer. We both have the same exact computer (got it from work) and it has an AGP 4X slot (AGP 2.0 of course).

Now, with this being so, what is the BEST video card we can or should get? I would like a 128bit video card as well.

We each have a Dell Optiplex GX260. Specs can be see here:

Dude, you have 1000s of options. Any 8x AGP will work but obviously in 4X. Whats your budget?
 
With the power supply in those systems the best you can do is a 7600gt Agp. Anything slower than a pent 4 at 2.6 get a 7600gs.
