video card stability tests...

what is the best way to test my video card and overall system stability...

is 3dmark05 my best bet to check my gpu stability...

i have the free version....is this just as good as the pro for simply testing stability

also, how do i run it...just let it run.. does it end itself and then give me results, or do i need to manually stop it...

any other tests i should look into.
 
I use Prime95 and Memtest for overall system stability...and as for video, I just game until something crashes 🙂
