I have a bfg ti4200 8x 128mb, everytime i touch the heatsink on the video card, it is burning hot.

The only thing I have done to my video card was use a can of compressed air and cleaned off the dust. I tried using the older versions of the nvidia drivers as well.

Sometimes when I try to play a video file in WMP, my monitor would turn off for a few seconds and turn back on. WMP would freeze, and sometimes it would restart my computer. Is this a problem with my video card?

The fan on it IS spinning right? If not then Id suggest getting a new HSF for that card like the Tt HP cooler for Ti's. I think your problem has to do greatly with heat and this should fix yer problems right up. BTW your thread doesnt have to be moved since this could very well be a cooling issue.

Yeah its spinning, its not blowing out a lot of air though.
I never noticed how many cfm the fan pushes out,
but it doesn't seem to be pushing out a lot

Ya then Id recommend that Tt HP cooler for you, it works great because I used to have it on my Ti4600.
