Video Card Recommendations? Maybe the Xtasy 5632?

Hi all, I'm looking for a video card for my new system. I've got an Athnlon 1800+ on a K7s5a MB, running 98SE (possible upgrading to 2000 or XP soon). I don't want to spend a lot of money. I hope to play some games, but don't really care about getting the best performance etc. I may want to watch DIVX movies on the PC. I don't care about TV out. Will the 5632 fill my needs? Does that card have a fan or a HS without a fan. My system is loud enough as it is, and I don't really want another fan in the case. I do not OC and do not plan to. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
 
That card is better known as the GTS-V. It is a lower clocked version of a GF2 GTS. Yes, it does have a small, quiet fan. For $50 its a good buy.
