Video Card problems

I recently got a Raedon 9800 Pro Video Card It worked for about 2 weeks when the video started becoming distorted. The picture stated doing things like lines in the picture, waving, and go completely black. Did I got screwed with a defaulty video card or is it something I can fix. Cause I put my old video card a GeForce3 Ti and still works.

Did you OC it? If you didn't, looks like a dead card. RMA it.
