Hello......I have got a BFG 6800GT oc agp. I think is messing up. Iv had this card for about a year and a half, is not overclocked and has a Artic Cooler NV installed. Every once in a while my monitor just goes black and wont come back to the desk top until I reboot. It did that for about a week and now when I boot up it just goes to this multi color weave color pattern. Does this sound like a video card issue ?

Thanks
Mike

It was a video card issue. I put in another video card and everything is fine. I am RMAing the BFG card but what if I wanted to upgrade ? Is there better AGP card available ? Better than the 6800gt oc that I have ? Would it be worth it to upgrade... just in case they cant replace my 6800 at BFG.

Thanks
Mike :)

If you want to upgrade get a X1950Pro AGP, if you mean upgrade using some sort of reimbursement from the 6800GT, get a 7800GS. If the RMA comes through then you'll likely get a new 6800GT OC.
