Video Card Problem

My computer is 16-hour prime stable and passes memtest86+ 10 times. I think it is safe to say there is no problem with rest of the system in terms of hardware.

My screen would freeze after about 10 mins of gaming. I tried reinstalled catalyst driver, directx, chipset driver, but the screen still frzzse during gaming. I swaped my PSU, but the problem still occurs.

Now I come to a conclusion. My video card has a hardware issue. (overheating?) I do not have another video card with me or I would have used it to test and compare. Before I proceed and spend 300 bucks on another video card, it is best to be sure that there is nothing left unchecked.

I just tried resitting the heatsink of my video card. Problem not solved.

Thanks for any input.

Could also be a powersupply issue. (your computer will draw more power doing 3d than just crunching numbers)

What are your specs?
