Video Card not working, pls help

I have this problem for weeks and don't have a clue. I am using a Abit KT7A with raid mobo and a radeon 7500 video card. It was all working fine before I went aboard for several months. When I came back, I can't get anything on the monitor. The video card is working well at my friend's PC. When I tried his card on my board, still no signal. So the problem is on the mobo? The weird thing is I've had this same problem before and that was why I replaced the mobo (Asus K7A). Has anyone had any similar experience before or I am just the unlucky one? Do you have any suggestion?

maybe your 7500 is faulty and frying AGP slots? I really don't know if that can happen, I assume it is theoretically possible. If nothing else, here's a bump for ya. Sorry I couldn't help.
