Video card matter in UT? Min FPS on UTIntro

I don't care what it looks like, i just care about speed at 800x600.

I have a 1117MHz (149mhzbus) Tbird and a V3@166 and for the utintro get..

58.53 92.24 136.93
60.19 93.02 136.61

ran it twice, thats at 800x600x16 low textrues no dynamic lightihgn yada yada yada

just wondering whats other peoples min fps they get?

just boot ut hit esc, click tools "show fps" or whatever, click multiplayer nad "reconenct to server" and it'll run

800x600 all details high/A3D enabled/dynamic lighting+decals enabled
min max avg

With my system listed below at 1024x768x32bit with everything high, I get 80-85FPS average....
