Video card heat issue.

My 3dfx Voodoo3 3000 runs extremely hot. I touch it after it's been on for about an hour and it feels like it's about to burst into flames. It's sandwiched between my network card and the bottom of the case. Those are the only two PCI slots that I have. Anybody know if this is normal or have any suggestions on how to cool it?
 
If it's stable it should be fine. If not you can get a small heatsink and stick it on with some thermal epoxy.
