Video card got permanently slowed by Tweak XP?

I clicked the "Tweak It!" button for "radeon cards" in Tweak XP 3. I have a radeon x800 pro. I used to get 290 fps in ATI tool just idling, now I get 200. What the hell? I've reformatted since then, but is it possible something was changed on my GFX card?

i've never used the "tweak xp" program but the only things it can change are your core or memory clock speeds on the card. You can use ati tool to set them back to default i believe.

It's just odd because even after a reformat it's still running poorly. Could it be my AGP apeture size? What should I have that set to on a radeon x800 pro?

check core and ram speed, try bios flash?
