Video Card gives black screen in 3D games

So after my move home from college, my video card gives me a black screen when I try to run anything that's 3D. When I start up Warcraft 3, it will show the little 2D borders in the corners of the screen, but not the 3D menu and background. It does the same thing in other games... it will show like 1 3D rock for a second, then switch to another. It's like my card is just running insanely slow. I've tried the card in other computers and it does the same thing. Other cards in my computer work perfectly. I've reformatted and reinstalled everything, and it still has issues. Any ideas?

RMA it. that sounds like it is dying.

ps did you use the latest drivers from the manufacturers website?

Not too sure I can RMA it without a receipt or the box. PNY is pretty picky about that.
