Video CarD Doesn't work.

Hi everyone. I just replaced the PSU on my old computer, and the mobo and everything seems to work fine, except the screen will show nothing. I tried resetting memory and agp card which is spinning its fan as if its working, but now am out of ideas. Can someone please help

Does the motherboard beep when you turn it on?

Did you make sure the video card is fully inserted into it's slot?

What's your specs?

Does the vid card take an additional power connector that's not attached?

Do you see anything on your monitor?

The old PSU is fried so I can't try it. and it didn't come with any
additional power. the thing is , the fan is spinning, so it's getting
power. it's just not giving it back. i also put it into a new mobo
and it still doesn't work.
