Video card diagnosis software?

I was wondering if there is a program which lets you test your graphics card for defects/possible damages, etc. I use Prime95 for testing the CPU and memtest86 for testing the RAM. I want to test my video card too, but I don't know if there's a suitable software for such purposes.

3dmark03 and 3dmark05 available from http://www.futuremark.com

just download them (about 200mg each if I recall correctly)
if you have a newer card get the 05, an older card get the 03

just run the tests and look for artifacts.

Thanks for the reply. But, what I am looking for is some program which can 'diagnose' video cards. I already have 3DMark03 and 3DMark05, and I use them for benchmarking.

There probably some proprietary video testing program that both nVidia and ATI have to test video cards. As for a general third party, you may want to do a Google search for Burn In Test.
