If you're not playing games, why do you care about performance? just get the cheaper one. The only thing you have to look out for is the output interfaces such as DVI or just plain D-SUB

I'm trying to improve the performance of photoshop on my machine and i read an article from Adobe that you should have at least a 128mb Video card for better performance at rendering the windows and menu etc etc.

With the Video card, i also got a Athlon 64 3000 and a MSI K8N NEO-F

Yeah the New Mobo i bought has PCI-E, thats why i had to get a new Video card...
