in your opinion what is the best video card for 200-250 dollars? i want to upgrade but want to hear your opinions, thanks.
 
I'm pretty sure if you look around, you can find a Geforce 2 GTS around somewhere for that price. I'd say the best cards for that price are :
  • nVidia Geforce 2 GTS
  • ATI Radeon

I still suggest you do a search for the topic all around. Theres been many posts like this before.
