Don't play games
Lot's of Internet, Microsoft Office

If you don't play gmaes, you might just wanna spend like $30 to get a cheap s3 card. But if you want some decent gaming performance, go with the Radeon DDR LE from newegg.com for only $77 shipped.
 
Matrox has the hands down best 2D I have ever seen.

I would go for a G450 because they are still pretty well priced, and have some cool features if you ever want to take advantage of them.
