Hey, =)

Just purchased a Leadtek wintx XP card
so I could try my hand at a lil vid authoring
got the card from newegg for 47.00 and a t-shirt
Very pleased with it so far, (newegg rocks)
I have managed to get video over from my
camcorder, and edit ... the process went well.
What I'm wondering about is, Is it possible to
capture the video from a game being played
on the PC? and what would that entail? I can't seem
to find any direction for that type of capture
thanks for the help in advance, the forums are awesome
and props to the wizards who help us feebles, heh =)😕
 
AFAIK, FRAPS might be the best way to do what you want without hooking 2 PC's together and using the analog TV output (if your graphic card has one) hooked into your TV capture card. They have a demo and some downloadable samples so that you can check it out. Maybe someone knows of another way?
