I'm looking to capture some vhs and dvd video to my laptop. Which external video capture devices are the ones I should be considering for high quality video? I'm looking for something under $150.00. Preferably, I'm looking for something that will work equally well with Apple computers as well as PCs, although that's not a requirement. What should I consider?
