Seems like both Nvidia and ATI cards have an issue running on Vista 64 with the vid driver stopping and causing a system reboot. Has anyone heard of a solution for this yet? Is anyone running Vista 64 and not having this issue? Got plenty of ram but am having to use XP because I got the error message with Vista on my ATI card, HD3870.

Huh? Where did you hear this?

I'm running Vx64 just fine w/8800gt.

Same except 8800GTS.

HAD... for like the first 3 months of vista... which was over a year ago.
nowadays 32bit windows XP has more problems... with vista64bit being the OS of choice.
