viability of a system build

The reason for this post is to get an idea as to what memory and PSU I should be using from OCZ for the system I am building. Here are the components:

MOBO -- DFI LANPARTY NF4 Ultra D ( Was told to steer away from Crossfire)
CPU -- Venice 3200 ( Had an extra lying around and will plan on O/C it)
RAM -- Currently I have 2GB of Ram OCZ Winbond model 1GB OCZ4001024WV3DC-K (These are not being O/C'd and was wondering what ram I should get so that I can O/C the computer.
VIDEO -- VGA SAPPHIRE 100186L X1950XT
CASE -- Lian Li Custom Modded Pc-70 USB
Pictures of case
PSU -- OCZ POWERSTREAM 520W ( Would I need a 600Watt?
HDD -- 2 Seagate 400GB 1 Seagate 100GB
DVD -- Plextor PX760A
SoundCard - SB Audigy EX

Recap:
Now my questions are:
1. How does this look
2. Any future issues I should be aware of?
3. I know I am lowballing with the venice 3200 but I figure I will upgrade it at a later time if it does not O/C right
4. Do you think if I just play games i.e. Wow with my system listed below I will see a big difference if I take 1Gb of ram out instead of 2GB? Guess the only way is to do and tell.
5. If I will be O/C this system what RAM if any would I be better off going that is not too expensive?

700$ Budget
Needs to be able to play WoW / company of heroes.
So far I have purchased:

GPU -1950XT
Optical -Plextor ( Hopefully it was a smart decision since I hear the liteon/pioneer are better/cheaper)
Case - Bought off newegg the antec case.

CPU - I got one collecting dust so I figured use the veniec 3200 and O/C that baby.
HD - Still need to purchase another 400GB

No way lite-on should be considered better. The pioneer on the other hand is a great drive.

Otherwise, the build seems sound The DFI board is a great board, I don't think that 600W is required for this build. I have a lot more than this riding on a 550W PSU:

Asus A8N-SLi Premium
Opteron 165 @ 2.25GHz
1GB Kingston Hyper-X DDR500
4x WD2500KS
eVGA 7800GT
Audigy Platinum
DVD±RW and DVD-Rom

And I was running SLI 7800GT for a while.

If this runs very well on 550W you should be fine with the 520W PSU.

What do you think about th ram?
Should I buy 2 GB or 1 GB? At the moment my old system has 2 GB of that ram and I was going to take out 1 GB and put it in this system since I am building it. What do you think?

It's almost a must at this point to get 2GB of RAM. Don't make the mistake and lowball the rig.
