I've just bought a Sempron 2200 and it has an inbuilt VIA/S3G KM400/KN400 graphics chip. I want to find out how it compares to other graphics cards but I can't find anything worthwhile through google.
I've an idea that' it's a pretty poor card/chip, inbuilt ones usually are, but it should be fine with Simcity 4, right?
The recommended requirements for SC4 are Pentium 3/Amd Athlon at 800Mhz, 128MB of RAm, and a 32MB graphics card. My specs are AMD Sempron at 1500Mhz, 512Mb ram (448 with 64 shared with the graphics chip) and the VIA/S3G KM400/KN400, but with these specs I can only get decent performance on the minimal/below average graphics settings. Is the graphics chip to blame?
