This seems to be a good board I think I might get it.All though, I don't see to many people talking about it I wonder Y? Any ideas?

Would it be fare to compare this to Nforce4 Ultra?
-the biggest diff I see is the A8V-E only has 2 SATA ports. No big deal to me , that should be all I need.

What about OCing. I might try a little . Does anybody have an idea on its possible capability's.

I am tired off waiting for the next best thing. It never ends.:disgust:

Thanx

That's a nice board, but I'm not even looking at Via solutions until they come out with the new southbridge chip that's in the works. Also, I need to wait a while to upgrade as I have a high dollar AGP card in my current system that I need to get my money's worth out of first. :)

Why in the world would they only put 2xSATA on this board it makes no sense since the standard for High end boards now are 4 but then they add WiFi-g ??? I'd rather have 4SATA instead. Even the board I have now the K8V has 4. I was waiting for this board but now I have to pass it up because of that since I have 3 drives. Way to go Asus.
